Breaking the News
David and Monika broke the news to their families. “We’re getting a divorce,” David announced, feeling a mix of sadness and relief. Their families were shocked. “What happened?” his mother asked.
David couldn’t bring himself to explain the details. “We just grew apart,” he said. The support from their loved ones was comforting, but the reality of the situation was still painful. “We’ll get through this,” he told himself.
Moving Out
David packed his belongings, preparing to move out. “This was our home,” he thought, feeling a deep sense of loss. Monika watched, tears in her eyes. “I’m sorry, David,” she whispered. He nodded, unable to find the words. As he left, he glanced back one last time.
“This chapter is over,” he realized, stepping into a new, uncertain future. The memories of their life together lingered, but he knew he had to move on.
Starting Over
David moved into a small apartment, trying to rebuild his life. “One step at a time,” he reminded himself. He focused on work, friends, and finding new hobbies. The pain of the divorce lingered, but he was determined to heal.
“I need to find myself again,” he thought, embracing the challenge. Slowly, he began to feel a sense of independence and strength. “I can do this,” he affirmed, finding hope in new beginnings.
